Inge brings the best of Germany to Apple Hill. She prepares traditional home cooked German food, fresh sausages, German potato salad, sauerkraut, and schnitzel (boneless and skinless chicken breast) along with other German specialties.
For deserts Inge serves Apple Strudle, Apple Almond Cheese Tortes, Apple Pies and many other wonderful treats, "all home made and baked fresh in her ovens." Inge also serves American food with specially smoked meats from two wood pellet barbecues.
